As we gear up to the first test in Barbados, we have two catamaran sailings along the platinum west coast, in the days before.

• June 23 sunset cruise! We have a 2nd sunset cruise. Same as before, leaving Accra Beach Hotel at 3pm, so you have time in the morning to tee-up, saddle up, wind-down after the Gala Dinner*, or kick back after flying in, before hitting the waters.
  
  
• June 24 A scheduled lunch cruise (with my good-self and side-kick Gilligan), not a private sailing, from 9.30am - 2.30pm. Leaving the hotel at 9am, you'll be back by 3pm to prepare for the pre-test function at 6pm.

*We have 2 seats remaining at the Gala Dinner at 6pm on June 22

These 'must do' adventures are fantastic to 'sail the caribbean' without going too far, and without worry as transfers to an all-inclusive premium bar and caribbean BBQ with music on the water are included.

The famed Jolly Roger (above) is sadly no more, but thankfully the more cruisey Tiami catamarans are still cutting the smooth teal waters.

Each catamaran can only welcome 50 so decide if a tranquil sunset is more you, or a sun-drenched snorkel (optional) and swim session (optional) is preferred?
