- Refunds Will Only Be Paid To The Debit Or Credit Card Used To Make The Original Payment
- Your Card Details Are Securely Held By Our Website Payment Platform And Not Us
- We Cannot Access, See, Change, Or Update Your Original Card Details
- If Your Card Details Have Changed Since Making The Original Payment, The Refund Will Go To Your New Card
- If You No Longer Have Any Card, It Is Deposited Into Your Bank Account
- If You No Longer Have Any Account Associated With Your Original Payment Card, Contact Your Bank, Not Us
- When We Issue A Refund, We Click 'REFUND' On Your Booking Form And The Payment System Automatically Does The Rest
- Bank Computers Don't Work On Weekends Or Public Holidays, Except To Take Money From Your Account, So Please Allow A Healthy Business Week For The Refund To Reach Your Account
- You Will Receive An Email Notification Of The Refund Being Processed
- The Notification Will Be Sent To The Email Address Used To Make Your Booking
- If You Do Not Receive Any Email Notification, It May Be In Your Junk Mail Folder Or Your Given Email Address Is Incorrect.
- If You Have Changed Email Address, Contact Us To Update Your Details
- Once We Click 'REFUND' There Is Nothing More We Can Or Will Do
- If You Ask Us To 'Check Again' Or 'Have A Look', We Won't. There Is Nothing To Check, Or Look At
- To Reiterate, Once We Click 'REFUND', That's It
- Contact Your Bank Or Card Issuer If You Believe There Is Delay
