Etihad Airways operates a complimentary coach service from Abu Dhabi International Airport to Dubai, dropping passengers at the Mazaya Centre. As such, our Dubai hotel will collect you from Dubai International Airport or the Mazaya Centre if you are arriving in Abu Dhabi on Etihad Airways.
Emirates Airline operates a complimentary coach service from Dubai International Airport to Abu Dhabi, dropping passengers at the Emirates Down Town Office. As such, our Abu Dhabi hotel will collect you from Abu Dhabi International Airport or the Emirates Down Town Office if landing in Dubai on Emirates Only.

If you would like our Dubai Hotel to collect you from Abu Dhabi, or our Abu Dhabi Hotel to collect you from Dubai, a surcharge of A$150 (per vehicle) is required.
