When You Book Any Australian Cricket Tour, You Will Receive Acknowledgement Of Your Booking Along With A Receipt. Our Cricket Tour Will Commence June 1, 2020. All Cancellation Dates Are Relative To June 1, Even If The Official Start Date Is Later. We Will Contact You Once The Dates Are Confirmed To Green Light The Following Policy:

• For All Bookings Made Prior To The Match Dates Released By Cricket Australia On March 10, You Have 7-Days* To Cancel Any Or All Cricket Tours To Receive A Full Refund. Balance Must Be Received By April 30^, 2020
  
  ^If Full Payment Has Not Been Received By May 1, Your Experience Will Be Automatically Cancelled And No Deposit Will Be Returned
  
  
• For All Bookings Made After The Tour Date Release, Full Payment Is Required At The Time Of Booking And You Have 7 Days To Cancel Any Or All Cricket Tours To Receive A Full Refund
  
  
• Should You Cancel Any Or All Hotel Cricket Tour After The Above Cooling Off Periods But Before May 1 2020, GBP£150 (A$300 approx) Will Be Forfeited Per Person For Each Experience You Are Cancelling
  
  
• Should You Cancel Any Or All Match Ticket & Dinner Cricket Tours After The Above Cooling Off Periods But Before May 1 2020, GBP£100 (A$200 approx) Will Be Forfeited Per Person For Each Cricket Tour You Are Cancelling
  
  
• Should You Cancel Any Or All Cricket Tour On Or After May 1, 2020 There Will Be No Refund Whatsoever.

• For All Bookings Made On Or After May 1, 2020 Full Payment Will Be Received And No Refund Will Be Payable If You Cancel Thereafter
  
  
• Names Are Transferable Until April 30, 2020. From May 1, 2020 Any Name Change Will Be Considered A Cancellation. No Refund Will Be Payable And A New Booking Will Be Required
  
  
• If The Tour Is Officially Cancelled Or Postponed By Cricket Australia Before May 1, 2020 You Will Lose Your Deposit Value Only.
  
  
• If The Tour Is Officially Cancelled Or Postponed By Cricket Australia On Or After May 1, 2020 Any Refund Will Be Limited By The Amount Of Refund We Receive From Our Suppliers, Which May Not Be Any. Please Ensure Your Travel Insurance Covers Sports Or Special Event Cancellation
