South Africa 2026 | Refund Policy

When you book our Australian Cricket Tour To South Africa 2026, which includes Zimbabwe and Namibia, you do so understanding that:

1 - All HOTEL TOUR BOOKINGS received on or before 2359pm (Melb.) Friday July 31, 2026:

You have 7 days to cancel in writing some or all of your tours, for any or all number of persons included in your booking to receive a full-refund
After 7-days 'cooling off', should you cancel some or all of your tours for any or all number of persons included in your booking, $1000 per person will be foreited.

2 - All HOTEL TOUR BOOKINGS received on or after 0000am (Melb.) Saturday, August 1, 2026:

There is no cooling off period
Should you cancel some or all of your tours for any or all number of persons included in your booking, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE

3 - All MATCH TICKET BOOKINGS (bookings without a hotel) received on or before 2359pm (Melb.) Friday July 31, 2026:

You have 7 days to cancel in writing some or all of your tours, for any or all number of persons included in your booking to receive a full-refund
After 7-days 'cooling off', should you cancel some or all of your tours for any or all number of persons included in your booking, $250 per person will be foreited.

2 - All MATCH TICKET BOOKINGS (bookings without a hotel), received on or after 0000am (Melb.) Saturday, August 1, 2026:

There is no cooling off period
Should you cancel some or all of your tours for any or all number of persons included in your booking, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE
